When our client came to us, they had a clear vision: a home cinema that was both luxurious and cozy, combining high-end tech with a sophisticated design. The goal? To create a space that not only delivers an incredible audiovisual experience but also serves as a stylish and relaxing retreat for entertainment.
The chosen room—a cozy yet practical area—was the perfect foundation for this project. We designed the layout to maximise screen size, seating comfort, and immersive sound, creating a true cinematic vibe.
At the heart of the setup is an ultra-high-definition display, mounted into a custom-built media wall. This sleek design minimises distractions like light reflections while enhancing the viewing experience. Paired with the display is a state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos system, carefully calibrated to deliver crisp dialogue, deep bass, and that fully immersive soundscape you’d expect.
To take the ambiance to the next level, we added smart lighting features, including LED backlighting and a fiber-optic star ceiling. The lighting is fully customisable, letting the client set the perfect mood with just a tap—from a dim, cinematic glow to a more vibrant entertainment vibe. Acoustic wall panels were also installed to ensure the sound is crystal clear and distortion-free, making every scene truly come to life.
To top it all off, we included a built-in minibar complete with a chic SMEG fridge, so refreshments are always within arm’s reach without disrupting the experience.
The entire system is controlled through a centralised automation interface, giving the client full control over the display, sound and lighting all from a single remote or smartphone app. It’s convenient, intuitive, and enhances the overall experience.
The finished result exceeded expectations: a home cinema that blends cutting-edge technology with custom design, offering an unparalleled entertainment experience. Now, the client has a space that’s equally exclusive and inviting—a true escape at home.
